Julie Allen is the director of regulatory compliance at the Ameristar Hotel in Kansas City, Missouri, where she oversees the regulatory compliance program and provides support to property management on regulatory issues.
Sierra Asamoa-Tutu has a bachelor's degree in global and intercultural studies, and she is currently completing a master's degree in social work.
Jerry Bauerkemper, B.S., C.C.G.C., is the executive director of the Nebraska Council on Compulsive Gambling, and a previous executive board member to the National Council on Problem Gambling.
Fred Wells Brason is the president/CEO of Project Lazarus, a community based opioid overdose prevention model reaching North Carolina and various parts of the United States, including U.S. Military and Tribal Groups.
Angela Harbour is the problem gambling prevention specialist at Employee and Family Resources.
Rachel Johnson completed her studies at Iowa State University attaining a bachelor's degree in community and public health and a master's degree in kinesiology, with an emphasis in health promotion.
Bob Kerksieck, L.M.S.W., I.A.A.D.C., is a health facilities surveyor for the Iowa Department of Public Health, working with problem gambling and substance abuse treatment programs.
Serena King, Ph.D., L.P.is associate professor of psychology at Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Michael Londe, Ph.D., is the director of Tri Star Counseling in Joplin, Missouri. He has 29 years of experience in the addiction field.
Amy Martin is the communications and outreach manager for the National Center for Responsible Gaming, where she oversees the communications strategy for the organization and conducts public education programming and outreach initiatives.
Esther Maddux is a professor and extension specialist in personal financial planning at Kansas State University and an addictions counselor at Corner House, Inc., in Emporia, Kansas.

Diana McGuire is a substance abuse and problem gambling therapist and supervisor at the Center for Therapeutic Intervention (CTI) in Tulsa, Oklahoma. CTI provides treatment for the largest number of problem gamblers in Oklahoma.

Mark Parrino, B.A., M.P.A., is founder and president of the American Association for the Treatment of Opioid Dependence (AATOD).
Ned Presnall is a licensed clinical social worker. He has assumed a leadership role in advancing medication-assisted treatment for substance dependence in the Midwest.
Amy Shoffner, Psy.D., is a licensed psychologist and founder of Northland Behavioral Health and Wellness.
Kate Speck, Ph.D., M.A.C., C.H.R., is the senior research manager at the University of Nebraska Public Policy Center, where she also teaches graduate and undergraduate courses.
Mark Vander Linden is executive officer of the Office of Gambling Treatment and Prevention at the Iowa Department of Public Health, where he oversees all problem gambling services for the state, including treatment, prevention, workforce development, social marketing and evaluation.
Robert Welsh has a bachelor's degree in law enforcement and a master's degree in criminal justice administration.
Erin Winstanley, Ph.D.,received her doctoral degree from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
Ken Winters, Ph.D., is the director of the Center for Adolescent Substance Abuse Research, a professor in the department of psychiatry at the University of Minnesota Medical School, and a senior scientist at the Treatment Research Institute.
